Because she loves to help charities and other things to help people that are less fortunate. She believes that is her duty to help people, and with all her money she don't find any other way to help. I doubt that, really you can't get more famous this Paris, and the reason is for just being famous. How much recognition can a girl get, bad publicity is still publicity for Paris.

To thread starter: I find this hard to believe. I mean, I believe that she's doing it and all that. I just don't believe she's really doing it from the generosity of her heart.
