Anyways, I have so many favorites: Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Azumanga Daioh, Yu Yu Hakashu, Inuyasha, Happy Lesson, Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, Kino's Journey, DBZ, DBGT, etc...

Anime = Japanese Animation
South Park is considered an American Animation (obviously)...so that doesn't really count...
