And Then There Was One
And then there was one.
He stood bright as the sun.
With an all powerful gaze.
He looks back at the days.
Realizing his time was now.
Not knowing the who or how.
He cried for his loneliness.
The too deep pain only his.
Soon the sun would set.
At this he began to fret.
For his time has come.
The moon it would be from.
He knew that the one.
Would all too soon be none.
The darkness it did come.
And the moon's light burned some
As he was to die.
A tear rolled from his eye.
And then there was none.
This is a poem my brother wrote a year or two ago and I was wondering what people thought of it
