I want to lose like 15 or 20 pounds...I want to by like Christmas.

I was wordering if theres a diet that will maybe show results right away..I want to lose it in my lower stomach & maybe legs &arms . but I know ill have to get my legs toned more also & my stomach later on.

Im not under or over weight ; almost under but im not really toned.


-I dont eat dairy products- the only thing i can have is cheese ;only a little bit and it has to be on/with something or else it makes me sick.


Umm anything else that will help me lose the fat that i do have(&want to lose) and ill work on getting toned.


Any Ideas?

I have the same goal.

Why by christmas though?

For me its because I will be seeing someone then and want to impress them.

I say Christmas because its a bit off... and summer will be a bit after that and summers the main point i want to have but i want to set it for christmas and try for that & it might take me a while to get into a routine of eating that way-the certain way ; and i want to have it so i know ill be good by summer.
