When you want to put on 2 colors one above the other how do you do it?

any way you think it is best. try to be unique..experiment...see which one looks better

First color put on your eyelid. And second color put it above your eye lid. Does that makes sense? I say google it and You will find tips and pictures!

i use an eyeliner brush much easier to work with.
