I heard you can get your eyelashes permed to always flip up, and I'm really interested in doing it because my lashes arn't that great. But before I do it, I have few questions. How much does it cost, where can you get it done, does it look good, and are they any negative effects? I'm also planning on getting my lashes died black. Will this effect the perming in any way?

If you get them permed..(which ive never heard of) you cant have them dyed in the same day. you'll have to wait a few weeks, too many chemicals would ruin them completely.

But why even bother...mascara and an eyelash curler arent that much work..

and I dont know if stripping bleached hair would work or not...

Bleaching is when you remove pigmentation from your hair, if you hair is badly damaged go get a Live Funky red to put in your hair (8 washes) then dye over with a semi permanent brown but no. You cannot get your hair back to the original colour.

perming ur eyelashes is a totally good thing! It relaly ranges but its verage cost is less than 18 bucks. It last for a few months and it makes your eyes look bigger. I say go for it. there are no negative effects as long as you get it done by a perfessional.
