That's bad for you. It reduces circulation in your boobs. You shouldn't sleep in a bra.

I couldn't go out not wearing a bra. I'd feel too "exposed". Plus there's no reason to not wear a bra unless you're boobs are small enough to pull it off if you wanted to or to attract guys attention :o

I think if you have a small chest it's a lot easier to pull off but if you
don't than it just looks really discusting.
