Hey.Okay I need some help.

About 7 months ago I watched a film on Sky Movies.It was about a woman who lived in a house with a little girl.One day a guy turned up and said he had been given the tenency of the house.The guy ended up allowing the people allready there to stay and he himself moved in with them.The woman and guiy didn't really like each other,I think he may have been a musician.In the end they got together and all that.I know that isn't much info but I can't remember much else but I really want to know what it was called.Thanks if anyone can help
