Stupidest movie I've seen in a long time next to The Ringer. Despite 2 only mildly funny scenes, the movie sucked. The acting wasn't any good, nor was the plot. Many scenes were trying too hard to be funny.
The movie just plain sucked.

Interesting.
Good thing to know.
My brother was awfully psyched to see this film.
I was going to go along with him.
I think I shall pass now, I trust your judgement.

I wish Will Ferrell would just go away :\
His movie career has been just like his career on SNL. A couple flashes of hilarity and a whole ton of garbage. From what I've seen of this movie it's going to be another addition to the garbage pile
It's just another in a long line of SNL personalities milking the same unevolving brand of humor to death for every penny they can get. I don't blame them, but I also don't have to sit back and revel in the dumbness
PS: Anchorman was one of the most retarded movies Ive ever seen :selfvomit

As soon as I heard the Will Ferrell was the star of it. I knew the movie had to be stupid funny, like the scene where he thinks he's on fire. So I wasn't going to watch it in theatres anyway, regardless of what other people might think. But thank you for your opinion, gives me some backup on my opinion that this movie will suck and it did. :)

yea i dont think will ferrell is that funny really
wow, that was some clever title making there. man, you should write that one down and send it to Leno, he'd eat it up.
anyway, the movie sucked, but was anyone suprised after Kicking and Screaming? it was a series of lame pop-culture refferences, and like that other awful waste of time Little Man, it seemed to be some kind of inside joke everyone thought would be hilarious to mass audience for 2 hours. oh and will farrell basically just does his Bush impression from the old SNL days when he was still funny for the entire movie. it's been a long, depressing fall from the glory-days of Old School. like napoleon dynomite, another film i hate, it's a one-joke premise with no actual punch-line, just alot of the same thing.

I think you lack a sense of humor.
And The Ringer was an enjoyable movie, Johnny Knoxville is a good actor, when you look at where he came from, 'Jackass.'

Well yea, they had to go on the Tonight show twice. Anybody movie stars *most anyway* that have to go on a latenight show to advert their move knows it's not going to do well, just like Clerks II. The Ringer was ok.
