Does anyone know where I can find a pair of plain black flats?

I also don't want to spend more than $30.

I just got a pair from Nordstroms that were 60.

you can get flats cheap anywhere. look at dsw, charlotte russe, payless, target, any dept. store. g'luck on your search!

they were cheap too, like 15 bucks or something.

Honestly, I've gotten all my flats from Payless. I don't care what anyone says, Payless is not that bad. Lately, since I got a job, I'm tighter with my money. At payless, I've gotten 2 pairs of flats in one day, and didn't spend over $24.50 (I think.. it was a little while ago.) The point is, regardless of what everyone may say or think about it, Payless is a pretty good place to shop. Hope I helped =]
