Just a little less than 1 cup of milk
3 serving spoons of lemon juice
2 heaped table spoons of sugar

Wait, did anyone else relize the amish pancakes require an oven.

Here's what you don't do:
If the mixture is too runny-do not add huge amounts of flour
If the mixture becomes too floury-do not add huge amounts of sugar
