So what's your technique?
Do you use like to use a big spoon and a fork? Tongs? Or go in there with you nasty hands?
How about the adding of the salt and dressing? Do you do it at the beginning and then let it mix as you toss? Toss a salad a little first, then add the stuff, followed by more salad tossing? Or do you put that stuff on at the end?
I really don't care about the art of salad making, I just wanted to put a thread in here that has "Tossing a Salad" in the title.
