Somebody i know had really bad acne and she took the pills. And wow her skin is so much clearer. Its perfect. But i wouldnt use it unless you have really bad acne.
Goood luck :)

Use NaturesCure or whatever its called. Its a chewable pill and a creme. They make one for men and one for women. You'll find it in your drug store.

Accutane is really a last resort. It's really strong and its use is strictly regulated in most states. You shouldn't go on it unless your acne is really, really bad and nothing else has helped, and your doctor will probably tell you so.

yeah accutane is the cure, but its prescription grade and thus really strong. if you have a few pimples here and there, its not worth it (it clears you up by supressing your hormones. its kind of like a birth control pill). i went to this one website, acne.org i think. and they have a good regimen for clearing up mild acne. you should try it.

My friend also had to take a pregnancy and blood test before using Acutane and they made her go on birth control because of side effects that can happen if you become pregnnat while on it.

Dont you mean Reaccutane? lol. Thats the one i was on anyway.
Yeah, it worked for me. Gives you aches and pains though like a bitch, especially if you play loads of sport and work out and have muscles.

Unless you have terriable acne no sane doctor will perscribe it for you without trying someting like Retin-A first. Accutan cause depression and serious birth defects if you were to become pregnant.

Accutane is dangerous and shouldn't be taken. Try more over the counter acne medicines and creams. How about Proactive? I've known people to use that and have all their acne clear up quite fast. Just don't take accutane.

im about to start taking it on monday..the dermatologist recommended it for me because she rekons even tho i don't have severe acne..just mild she sed that my pimples may scar and she knows im young or something so she sed that she'll put me on accutane for the next 5-6 months and then i can stop using them after the long period of time.
i've been using proactive for the past 2 yrs and proactive does'nt permenatly get rid of pimples..when you stop using it the acne comes back...
so i'm going to try the Accutane i've signed the consent form and everything and i no the risks..but there risks im willing to take...

I tried everything next to acutane. Nothing helped much. Most topical stuff just irritates my skin. Whats been working for me is
1. I use dove sensitive skin cleanser twice a day. It's really gentle.
2. I put on a light moisturizer morning and night after I wash my face.
3. I drink tons of water.
4. I eat super healthy. Lots of friuts and veggies, hardly and packaged foods, hardly any dairy.
