Since most of the nissans you buy in america are built there are they not domestic by default?

They are simply assembled here, but, for the most part, they are designed and their parts manufactured overseas, therefore they are "imported", at least on the parts level.

The 350Z was conceptualized by an American, I think :cool:.

I read 20% from some finance website; 10% for Renault and 10% for Nissan. I personally think it is a good move. GM stocks are certainly rising in the anticipation that it is good news...or just in the anticipation that they will be able to buy stocks and then dump them off real quick-like.
