Okay, i guess i can say i have the largest thighs ive ever seen. And im not even fat. Anyways, has anyone heard of or done any inner thigh exercises that work well? Sorry to say, I have limited resources also... :(

Go to the gym.

Running & jogging removes a lot of fat from your thighs or at least does for me.
