Ello!! I'm going to be getting a tattoo here soon, but I can't think of what I want or where I want to get it. I dont want anything big you know (first one yipee) and I dont want something that is really noticable but I also dont want something that will always be covered up.... I dont always wear shorts (not allowed to in school) And I think Im fat.. so nothing on the lower back ( I'm only 155 but still...... I think I'm fat lol) Yeah.. So any suggestions? :pink:

My only suggestion is that you don't get a tattoo soon.

You have no idea what you want it to look like, so why would you get one soon?

My first tattoo is going to be either a video game character named Kirby (when I was little, Kirby was my entire life) or a band logo of They Might Be Giants (they've been my favorite band & my idols for 13 years).

:iagree:

Don't rush into getting a tattoo especially when once you've got one, you've got it for life!! You've got your whole life to take time to choose a tattoo so why rush now??

I agree with cleverusername... there is nothing i hate more than seeing people with really stupid tattoos just because they didn't know what they wanted. Tattoos are not somthing you do on impulse, when you see somthing you want on your body forever, you will know. I'm getting an ankh between my shoulder blade during the summer, I've been wearing an ankh for 6 years and it is a symbol of protection, health, and life.

Mine was an impulse tattoo...But I still love it...and it's been like 5 months...I don't think I'll get sick of it....

Anyway, our tastes and suggestions don't matter, it's something that *you* want to put on *your* body, permanently. Just don't get sucked in to the cliches like butterflies or playboy bunnies or unicorns or something, unless you genuinely think it's cool.

since ur young u should get something small or not to big.and somewhere where its easy to cover it up if it doesnt turn out how u wanted it..maybe a fair or butterfly or symbol..or if u dont care how it turns out ull still love it somewhere on the back-shoulder so it shows durng summer..or on the foot is a popular place if u have bony feet it may hurt tho..umm arm fingers.lol..stomache.

yeah..
if you have to go ask somebody what tattoo to get, your not ready for one.
i've had the one i want planned for months, but im still gonna end up waiting to get it.

wait a while, because in the end, you'll more than likely end up not liking a tattoo that someone else gives you the idea for.

My friend Adam set out to be the guy who will regret all his tattoos.

On his right knee, he's got a game of tic-tac-toe. On his left knee, he's got the word, "wee" tattooed. That one's pretty funny, though, because he asks random people if they'd like to see his "wee knee," which ends up sounding like he wants to show them his genitalia.
