I'm extremely weak and weigh about 89 pounds (I'm 15). How the fudge can I get stronger? And how long will it take?

you're going to need to eaattttt, eat, eat before you can gain sum muscle.

Ok, your going to have to eat a lot. I thin you should consider eating twice as much. Make sure what you eat has a lot of protein in it. The more pretein the better.

Also go to the gym. But you need to eat to gain muscle (hence eat a lot, a lot of protein)

Go to the Gym. And these exercises should help build muscle:

Press ups, Dips(Chest), Weights (Dumbells), Shoulder Press.

Also leg press to build legs.

but yeah wow thats shitty load , but whats your height? if yours like 5'2 or 3 it dosent really "WOW" matter

Press ups/ Push ups yeah.

No, jogging doesn't increase muscle really. Just tones it.

dude ur 15 n 89 pounds? u need 2 eat ALOT ALoT ALOT more to build muscles. Im in 8th grade n 14 n like all the guys in my grade weight more then that (but their not fat their toned) to build muscle eat lots of protein, and use weights. also do simple things like pushups n such at 1st. dont do 2 much 2 fast

stop giving advice. he doesn't need to damage his heath to gain weight. Eat double what you eat now(at least) in clean foods. Also hit some weights.

Hahaha! I don't know you but I can imagine some idiot repeatedly punching a bag with no effort or speed what so ever for hours with a glum expression on your face.

Seriously though. So long as you punch it in different variations with side stepping, ducks etc at maximum power then yes, it can make a good cardio.

don't eat a lot of junk food. thats not a healthy way to gain weight. eat lots of protein though.
