Hiya i've got a pretty flat stomach already but does anyone know how to tone up really quickly?
especially on legs, i'm going on holiday in a few weeks and then again at the beginning of august, by the 2nd holiday I'd love to have a much more toned physique.
Can anyone help recommend things to do? Excersises, diets etc.?

2 weeks? Your not going to see any real effect in two weeks.
If you had more time crunches, leg and knee raises, vertical leg crunches, press ups, dips, lunges, running, cycling, rowing etc.
So yeah.

^Agreed. Swimming is also a really great way to tone up. (Laps)

Do pilates.. I saw results pretty quick.. even after a few days I feel better and stronger and I can see a tiny difference. It helps with your posture too. I just got Denise Austin pilates dvd and it's only a 20 minute workout. Do it twice a day if you want quick results.

When are people going to realise that getting in shape for a holiday takes more effort that "Hey, my holiday is coming up in a week, I'd better start working out."?

Yeah, unless they're going to do a serious crash diet and spend a few hours every day in the gym or on the track, they will see almost no change in that short amount of time.
Abs take time, and they're made in the kitchen.

Although even in that case they would screw themselves over in the long term.
