Alright every night I do 360 crunches and quite a few cardio exersizes. I still can't get rid of this stupid fat on my stomach. What else can I do?[/ :( SIZE]

Running, swimming, boxing, work best. Cardio is good.

If you can do 360 crunches, you aren't doing them right.

ya 360?? If you can do that many then its probly pointless. I just suggest running and a diet

She didn't say in one go. 360 isnt a lot. I could do like 2000, but i know thats excessive lol.

more variation would be an idea.

Crunches, leg raises, knee raises, vertical leg crunch, full vertical crunch. One and Two leg crunches etc etc.

Running, Cycling, Rowing too.

And good diet.
