Has anyone on here every heard of or read any of the author David Edding's books?

my favourite one is The Redemtion of Althalus
but i also love The Elenium and especially The Belgarid,Mallorean and the follow up books Belgareth the Sorcerer and Polgara the Sorceress


David eddings is a fantastic fantasy writer who is also able to show what the characters are feeling and has brilliant plots

Damn straight I've heard of David Eddings. I've read the Mallorean and Belgarionkjlhgku, The Tamuli, those Sparhawk ones and the things about the Elder gods. I'm on the Treasured One right now.
He does use to many italic writing things in The Treasured One. The dialect is good though, with the sarcasm and stuff.
I meant emphasing on words when I said italic....
