It's inevitable that this is just going to lead to people coming in here and making up increasingly ridiculous e-stats.

How very true.
To answer your question, I can bench press 120, I can keep it up for about 10 reps (26 seconds, roughly) and then I completely completely die on myself.
It's actually pretty good, considering I weigh 124 myself.
I had ALOT more muscle before I went to India, and then i majorly thinned out. Thats what four weeks of hiking in the himilayas will do to you. Tried to do what I could do before I went to India, no, wasn't happening.
I had really spindly fingers, and my hair grew majorly.

Im 122 pounds and I can do 140 one rep. I cant get it all the way down to my chest but enough to show that I can push it up.

In that case you technically can't bench 140, to count you need to touch your chest, by that logic I could bench hundreds of pounds because I could lower it just a tiny bit "to show that I can push it up".

I get my arms to a 90 degree angle, if you go down all the way your more using your back and I prefer to use my chest I guess. And i dont lower it a "tiny bit" im probly 2 or 3 inches off my chest

Regardless, if you were competing you would need to touch your chest, therefore that doesn't really count.

I'm a hiker, personally. I can keep energy for hours running or walking. I'm just not good at lifting weights. I suppose because I hike, horseride, and play netball and basketball, my legs are pretty strong.

Weight 129lbs. Bench 205lbs. And that bench was with a out of position vertebrae in my back and a bad bad. I had done it a month before and just thought i had a bad back. I went to the ostrepath like a couple of weeks after and he corrected it. Its nearly completely healed.
And I haven't tried to max since about january though so its probably higher now.

What does spending four weeks in the himilayas count as?
I can keep running at a mid-to high speed for about 30 mins. I've done Marathons before, I'm actually set to do one of those "Races for Life" for Breast Cancer sufferers, should be cool.

I mean constant trekking, mudslides, standing squat over a hole at 5am at -3.

Yeah...we got to stay in 5 star hotels, though, because pounds are worth so much more than rupees, so we were staying in really expensive hotels for like £15 a night.

It's pointless comparing your 1 rep max with someone unless you take bodyweight and somatotype into account.

I can only do 180 MAX, quite depressing.
I've just given up on becnhpressing in the gym, I can lift well and gain good muscle tissue in other areas, when it comes to the chest it's zero, doesn't help that I hate doing it either.

Ooh, yeah, i'm small in that department. All my muscle is in my legs, i'm a hiker.
