Well, if not, you need something simple, like a plain pair of pants. And if it's as busy as you make it sound, you probably don't want too much jewelery with it. But, like I said, a picture would help.

but like add some jewrly , specially chunky necklace , or like some huge pears lol , it all can add up , that shirt is kinda rly plain so make shure to put alot of color like yeah a white mini skirt with pink heels , some big blue necklaces and wood earings.

I agree with crazy. One of those black chunky jet bead necklaces would look really really cool with that, plus wooden hoops.

I would just go for jeans and some jewelry (earrings, but nothing too elaborate). The rest of the outfit needs to be simple so as not to distract from the top.

how about dark washed skinny jeans and cute metallic (yet subtle) bronze sandals?

or even a plain colored flowy cotton skirt and ballet flats/pumps.
