I would pay more than a hundred dollars for a PURSE, or for sunglasses or jeans or any article of clothing I really like. If you don't like Coach bags, OK, but not liking them because they're expensive? Not affording them is one thing, thinking they're out of style is another. Don't be cheap,,

I'm not being cheap; they're just not worth that much. I mean, I've seen purses that look just as nice or better than Coach purses and that don't cost a TON of money. And how much do you think it costs to make a Coach purse? It's a hell of a lot less than $100. I mean, the only reason I can think of that someone would buy a Coach purse (or any other uber-expensive article of clothing or accessory) is to look "cool" - and like they've got a ton of money. Better to be "cheap" than snobby (and I'm sorry, Coach purses just scream "snob!" at me), in my opinion.

Of course they're worth it what is wrong with you? It's not being snobby it's being awesome. But poor people don't understand that. And cheap purses aren't good quality.

a) I am not a "poor person". I'm a college student. This means that I am paying a fuckton of money for tuition and housing and all those other kinds of expenses. If I want a purse, I'm not going to go to Wal-mart and pay $10 for it, but I'm not going to throw away between $150 and upwards of $500 for a bag.
b) Even if I was a poor person, you owning a Coach bag or whatever would not justify you being more awesome than me. It would, however, justify you being more materialistic than me.
c) OH YES CLEARLY BUYING EXPENSIVE THINGS SO YOU CAN FLAUNT THE FACT THAT YOU ARE WEALTHY AND TRENDY IS AWESOME AND NOT SNOBBY AND PRETENTIOUS HOW COULD I HAVE EVER THOUGHT ANYTHING ELSE???

Well excuse me for having high-fashion good quality clothing and accesories. Excuse me for not being cheap and for having parents who will pay my education for me, as long as I have good grades. And I would also like to add that I don't own a Coach bag, I own many other nice bags, more expensive than one hundred dollars which isn't that much money to begin with! AND EXCUSE ME FOR RELYING ON MONEY, CONSIDERING I DODN'T GET ANY LOVE AS A CHILD BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAH. MONEY HAS BEEN ALL I HAVE HAD CONSISTENTLY IN MY LIFE SO SORRY MISS COLLEGE STUDENT FOR BEING JUST A TEENY BIT MORE MATERIALISTIC THAN MOST!!!!

Look, if you think people who don't have the "high-fashion good quality" stuff are cheap, then you're a snob. I'm sorry if you're parents ignored you or whatever, but I really don't think that excuses your attitude. And lucky you that you've got parents to pay your way through college. I mean, mine are helping me out the best they can, but my brother'll be in college in a couple years too and eight years of college at $15,000 per year just isn't managable for the average family. Even with scholarships (and I did get quite a few). So excuse me for buying my purse at American Eagle instead of some high-fashion store. And excuse me for having to work for my education. I just don't think that what you own is what makes you awesome. And, honesly, if I had a lot of money, I would spend it more on vacations and maybe household items and vehicles than clothing and stuff. But that's just because that's where my personal interests lie.
Also, I was just using the Coach brand bag hypothetically as an all-purpose expensive accessory.

Thank you=)). I'm not going to apologize for having better clothes and more money than you, or anyone else. My parents worked hard to get where they are and I really don't give a shit if you think I fake my life. I also think my life isn't anything anyone should feel sorry for, so don't offer me sympathy, there are people who have it a lot worse.
