my prom is in 9weeks and 5 days and i go on holiday in 10 weeks and one day...does anyone know a diet, healthy eating plan, workout plan that i could use 2, not lose loads of weight, but maybe loose a few pounds and TONE up in that time :( thanxxx

hmm , just cut off on the fat food u dont have to starve urselfe in order to lose weight but its always an option xD

to tone up , u should enroll in a gym asinged to do that kinda thing
