Im having it as part of dinner tonight. I LOVE broccolli, always have. I was a weird kid lol. Who Likes it? Why? Who doesn't? Why don't you like it? I like it cause, one, it tastes good, and two, it is watery, I love watery thing for some reason.

Gorgeous with lashings of cheese sauce and new potatoes. Yumm. It's also full of good shit if you don't over-boil it.

Broccoli only tastes horrid if it's overcooked as this releases the sulphoraphane. It's the same with all the brassicas, overcooking make them taste bad.
Try steaming it for about 2 or 3 minutes so it's still firm and you won't get that nasty taste.

I love broccoli, no matter how its cooked. Easily the best food ever in my book, and it can go with just about everything.

Broccoli is cool, but you have to watch how you cook it, becuase as with all vegetables, some cooking methods can suck all the nutrients from it.
