I was 120 pounds when I was 13, and I was only starting to get muscle back then. So I would assume yes.

You might want to check an online BMI ( Body Mass Index ) calculator to be sure, but taking a guess, I'd say that your boyfriend is underweight.

you can't say someone is underweight without knowing how tall he is ...or more importantly seeing him in person
