okay. well i want to lost some weight by april 8th. which is my spring break. what is a reasonable amount that i can lose by then? and how many calories should i eat a day? thankss guys

You can lose a healthy amount of about 1lb of fat a week, the best way is to exersize daily, eat healthy and burn more calories than you consume.
