What's in tofu?
Tofu is a food made by coagulating soy milk, and then pressing the resulting curds into blocks. The making of tofu from soy milk is similar to the technique of making cheese from milk. Wheat gluten, or seitan, in its steamed and fried forms.
It's pretty good.

I like Tofu a lot. Most of the time I dont really eat it by itself though. Its normally with other dishes. I do prefer just regular tofu over the flavored kinds though.

I like tofu if it's been marinated well...I prefer a lot of the solid soy meats over tofu though.

I enjoy it. Not raw or plain, for sure. It is easy to cook/ flavour it, though. Add it to anything. Yum.

It's okay - depends on how it is cooked. For example: Spicy Tofu + Pad Thai = Heaven. I've also had it in a Pita before with Italian Dressing and that was pretty good.

I tried it when I was 12 or 13. Had a Japanese exchange student stay at my place and she cooked tofu in one of her dinners, I thought it tasted okay.
