Crunches tone stomach or abs.
I do one with legs up at 90 degrees and touch the tips of my toes with my fingers aswell. I dont know what thats meant to be called but it works. And do with one leg aswell and opposite hand. Lol.
Sit ups work too, but i think crunches are better.
Sry, i dont know about exercise for the butt lol

Abdominals- Sit-ups, Jacknives, leg raises.

Glutes(Butt)- Lunges and Squats.

You can do as many sit-ups jacknives as you can till failure or you can add weight and have a set amount of repititions.

You can't tone fat, so you will have to lose fat if there is a layer of fat there.

You likely won't see the results you desire without incorporating enough cardio into your training.

Just have a healthy diet and exercise for about 3 to 5 days a week. Be consistant in the amount of time you exercise.

dont go on a diet, but u prob. should change ur eating habits. like start eating healthy, bcuz if u eat lean meats n fruits, feggies etc. it is good 4 u, even if ur not trying 2 lose weight. 4 1 it will show u a healthy way of life lol i sound so gay.

If you want to tone your ass. Do reverse leg raises.

Basically lie face down on a bench or soemthing with your legs sticking out. Then bring up down then raise them. Or use the elliptical machine.

You can tone the muscle under the fat.

You can tone the muscle under the fat.
Only to a certain extent, and it is mostly pointless if there is still a decent amount of fat over it.

^also its pointless, cuz it would make u look bigger. wht u do is tone the muscles WHILE losing the fat over it, b/c if u do 1 w/out the other it doesnt work. like if u dont tone while losin weight then ull have flappy skin left over, n if u don lose weight while tonin then u migh look bigger, cuz the muscles r bigger

Yes, lose weight and tone at the same time. If you are overweight that is.

Actually it's not pointless. Being toned gives a much better look than plain fat covering nothing.

Be healthy, that does'nt mean you have to have you're abdominals showing.

o 4 a lil help, ive found that jumpin on a trampoline is an amazing workout. i jump on a big 1, but even 1 of the tiny 1s would work good. after i do intense workouts on the trapoline i find musles around my butt are sore, so it does help there, n also it will help u burn calories, which will help u burn fat, which will give u a lower body fat percent, which will help u get abs lol sry bout all of the which. good luck

Im wanting to get a four pack by next year

It is impossible to get a four pack unless you only work out 4/6 of your ab muscles which is impossible.

Sit ups best for abs. Squats are good for the butt.

Ussually the lower abs are the last to lose fat, so of course it is possible to get a four pack.

yea it is possible 2 get a 4 pac...most of my friends have em. the reason is u are only really defined in 4 of ur ab muscles, n the rest arent as defined

We call that CORE, you can exersize diffrent muscles depending on your posistion. You can go on you side and one arm to work your obliques or on your back for your lower back muscles.

Ok, i've been wanting similar and i found in a magazine the following exercises:
"SQUATS:
* Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing forward, hands by your side.
* Stick your butt out slightly.
* Bending your knees, lower your bottom as if you were about to sit on a chair. Keep going until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Make sure that you don't bend forward as you squat.
* Slowly straighten your legs to go back to your starting position.
Don't stop there! Do three sets of between 8 and 12 repetitions."

"LUNGES:
* Stand with your feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward and hands on our hips.
* Take one step forward, with your heel touching the ground before the rest of your foot.
* Bend your knee till it's parallel to the ground, keeping your shoulders straight over your hips and trying not to bend your back leg.
* Push back from your lead leg to go back to your standing position.
Repeat, leading with the opposite leg, and do two to three sets of between 8 and 12 repetitions."

"SQUEEZES:
You can do these anywhere, any time, standing or sitting.
* First of all, squeeze your butt cheeks together.
* Hold them there for a few seconds and exhale slowly.
* Release. Repeat 10 times."
haha, i find the last one funny :)
