hey guys, heres the deal, i have footy (rugby league) on monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday... then i go to the gym for a 2 hour workout on mondays and wednesdays, and already im seeing differences, (coz i used to be really, well, not really, but i was fat) and everyones like "your looking good" and stuff, and i think im going good, but some ppl think im overdoing it and im gonna fuck it up by overdoin it, like i heard ur muscles turn into mush and u like have to start over and stuff....

AM I OVERDOIN IT?


ohh, for specifics

footy is like for an hour everyday
and
gym is 2 hours

i dont think ur overdoing it. Going to the gym everyday is overdoing it as ur muscles will have no time to progress, and rugby league is good for fitness.

When you resistance train, you create damage to your muscle cells. The human body overcompensates by increasing the size of the muscle. Yeah you dont go to the gym everyday so it has time to recover and grow.
