right people how do you get a flat kinda belly? , i am not fat or anythin but i have a small bit of fat on there so any ideas (eat less, excersie ) and if you say exsersis what kind of excersis??? ;]

its just because ,i have fat i realllllllllllllllllllllllllllly dont want it there!!! i do alot of sports and stuff but...

yeah I've got that same problem .. am very satisfied with my body .. i dont wanna get any thinner .. but i hate how my belly looks .. i tried doin sit ups but i just got bored of it .. n i dunt really do much sports..

yeah i know what you mean ! i used to hold on to something and lift my legs up high for 50 thats supposed to tighten you tummy muscles!!!! but it didnt work for meh :( :cry:

do more than 50 then lol, going to the gym would help because machines are better. Dont build muscle though lol, ur a girl. :-)

If it is fat than eat foods high in complex carbs, run, jog, and do sit ups. I suggest going to the gym or getting home videos...it is the easiest way. Stay away from fatty foods and greasy and salty foods. Are sure you aren't bloated? I say eat a little less and eat more often. Instead of 3 meals a day eats six and do running and jogging. Eating less and exercising more is the best way. PM if you need any help I am like a fitness expert from playing soccer for 9 years.
