Well, I start by putting concealer under my eyes. Then I use bare minerals makeup. Then, I put black eyeliner on the top and bottom and mascara on the top. Then I use eyeshadow of whatever color.

You seem to know what you're talking about, but putting any type of makeup under your eyes isnt very good, and will definitly lead to bagginess and puffiness in the future.

As for makeup, I probably wouldnt go too far with it, seeing as your 13.
I usually just use a bit of eyeliner (not very thick, just on the inside rim of my eyelashes) and some mascara .Again, not too much, cause then it looks like you have giant clumps of shit in your eyes and only like 3 lashes.

A mistake a lot of people make is with the eyeliner. I've seen girls with like half an inch thick on. It's your choice, but it really doesnt look nice, just kinda trashy.

Oh, really? I've never heard that before. Thanks for the advice. But, what are you supposed to do if there's bags under your eyes if you're tired?

everyone has bags under their eyes in the morning, so i guess you can just wait it out.
or just sleep more :P.

Usually I stick my face in a bucket of horrifying orange foundation and rub black markers all around my eyes.

It's a really amazing look.

remember make up is to enlighten ur face, not to create a new face. get a concealer close to ur skin. put light on blemishes to hide them and parts that seem to wide (like my jaw or my friends nose) you use the darker side of the concealer. U get eyeliner and mascara (brown or black) and what type depends on your preference. get 3 types of eye shadow maximum: first go over lid and above eye wit a cream or another light color. then u'll have two extra eyeshadows, two of the same colour but one should be lighter than the other (like medium brown and dark brown) u'll mix the medium colour wit the cream and wit a kleenex or something like that, ur blend it on ur eyelid and up. u take the darker colour and mix it in completely or at the sides. Get a blush (test them cuz it sucks getting one too light or too dark), smile, and apply to the apples of the cheeks (the round part when u smile) and out to the side. don't go as far as the eyes though. cuz ur thirteen i don't think u wanna wear lipstick yet, so just get gloss and ur good to go.
