Whos gonna whatch it ? I sure as hell am i loved teh book.

I just hope that Audrey Tautou as Sophie Neveu is as sexy as the book described her to be and it seems to have a great line up of actors specially Tom Hanks.

The basic plot of the book has been used and reused so many times that it got boring for me and I fail to see why people 'ooh' and 'ahh' over it so much. Execution is a bit better than the others I have read though.

As for the movie, I vote nay.

I would be more excited to see it if tom hanks wasnt' playing the lead..when i think of Robert Langdon....tom hanks...isnt' who i pictured in my head.

I plan on going to see it...

I doubt Tom Hanks is the man anyone pictured, Paul Bettany definatly wasn't how I saw Silas...
Tautou and Reno were the 2 I pictured though...
I'll watch it though I wasn't a huge fan of the book.

i love the book just hope the movie would be better ^-^ can't wait to see whos sophie is paly by....but would that stir up trouble with the churchs? making a movie like that, but whatever its a great BOOK (angels and demons, and The da Vinchi code)

the book was gd. heck, the book already stired up trouble, so u can imagin what the movie will do.

I'm deffinately not seeing this movie..
I used to work in a bookstore at the time that the Da Vinci Code became a huge hit. I spent time reading the book and felt the book to be completely over rated. I personally don't think Dan Brown actually wrote that book, his other books were complete flops.. The man is out for money Hell Da Vinci Code has been on hard back for over two years.. ask anyone whose worked in a bookshop for a long time and they'll tell you there is only one reason a book stays on hard cover that long.. and it's because the author is after cash.. The book is already on paper back in the UK.. but in the USA he's sucking everyone for their money.. then they instantly make a movie about it to generate more cash.. I'm not going to support dan browns attempt to get rich

Everyone in his situation is out to make money, it's the fucking point of writing the book... To earn a living... Be a pointless fulltime author if he wasn't out to make money...
I agree that it was overrated, his other books didn't do as well as Da Vinci as they were not as controvertial and so didn't have a huge selling point. They were not flops though...
As all Dan's books are written exactly the same way I'd say it was a safe bet that he wrote them all...

I deffinatly will, i love the book however finding it hard to talk to people about as im 13 and no one else i no has read it lol.
Im sure the film will cause alot of trouble but should be a smash hit.

The book put me to sleep (being honest...) , the film versions are always dumbed down for me :D , so ill watch it.
