i would like to know a good daily excercise routine that would tone my neck, back and ass (yea, im a male, a good ass never hurt a girl, lol) WITHOUT going to the gym or using equpiment. thanks in advance

well if u have comcast go 2 on demand n then exercise n sports or fitness....wht ever it says but physical activity. then go 2 exercise n they have pilates, yoga, quick workouts etc. it REALLY works i was doin the 1 thing the other day n it helped...jus gotta keep it up

Bodyweight exercises such as squats and pullups would be good exercises for your ass and back.

Squats, lunges and staricase raises will tone your butt. As far as the back and neck, I'm no help. Sorry.

For your neck you can get a towel and use it as resistence around your head. Pull-ups can work your upper back and you can do supermans to work your lower back.
