:rolleyes: I feel really fat atm, my face seems chubby and i feel horrible (my pics r on board) i need to lose weight fast as i have no confidence anymore. Any tips on a daily meal plan etc??? Any exercises to tone my tum?

From what I can tell, you don't look fat at all. But, if you insist on losing a little weight, simply just eat a little less and exercise more.

The reality of this is that you're not going to lose weight quickly unless you're willing to starve yourself or willing to lose an organ or appendage, which I don't think you'd want. You're not "really fat", as you said. Everygirl goes through this, I know that I'm a victim of it. I looked at your picture and it's all in your head. If you're really concerned about all this, then I suggest exersice and eating properly (lame advice, but bare with me).
To tone your tummy, I highly recommend Pilates. It's target area is the core, so it will build up your strenth there as well as burn fat. Also, any other extra physical activity is great. Find a girlfriend to work out with. Instead of going to a movie with someone, go shopping (you'll be surprised how much walking you do) or skating.
As for foods, here are some of the tips I use. I am a carb fanatic and live of rice, bread, pasta. One way to help deal with my love of carbs is buying this special bread that has only half the calories of a normal slice of bread, so I can eat the bread I want without any worries. Whenever you get the munchies, try making some popcorn, only 15 calories per cup. I also add some no calorie butter spray and it's to die for! (I have a feeling that it could potentially be bad for you though.. must google it). Also, one of my rules is that if I look at the ingredients and I see a word that's hard to pronounce, I don't buy it. I'm not going to put all those chemicals in my body. Anyways, none of this probably makes sense, but good luck to you hun, and don't go too crazy with dieting and such!
You're not fat or pudgy, hun. But, if you want to lose weight, and you want to lose weight fast, your best bet is to stop eating.
Since that'll fuck you up and you'll gain weight the moment you start eating again anyway, you should exercise and eat right.

Try to cut down on fatting foods, eat foods that are healthy for you.

Nobody said that you should starve yourself. In fact, quite the opposite has been expressed but the reality remains that you will do whatever you want to do.

No, you shouldn't, unless you're stupid enough to actually do it. In fact, hell, prove me wrong. Starve yourself. Get all sorts of health problems as your body slowly shuts down. See what I care.

Underage, everyone is joking because you obviously don't need to loose weight! You probably just need to tone, maybe cut out pop and candy. Try pilates, or free weights, stuff you can do at home. Just don't starve yourself, because as other people have said, it just slows down your metabolism!

Actually, I just saw your pics. Don't cut back on any candy or pop. Keep eating!! Instead, just use positive self talk to improve your body image, because you have a perfect body. REALLY!! Just say things to yourself like "I love my body", "I am hot just like this", "My body is perfect now." That kind of thing. Please, keep eating!!

I highly recommend Fitness Magazine. It's very useful in giving ideas for healthy meals for weight loss and exercises to tone up.

I was fat at one time, but then I just grew accustom to eating one meal a day. Worked for me..

u dont have a big bone in ur body but if you insist on losing weight i recomend the new Billy Blake excersize tape. I haevnt personally tried it but it looks like a good tape try out out. I think it even comes with a diet plan.

I agree with the one a few posts above. Girls that think they're fat don't take a bunch of pics of themselves in miniskirts. You're not fat, and I think you're just looking for attention.
