i got my ears done 5 weeks and 2 days ago,this saturdays will be 6 weeks since i had em in and the person at the shop said keep them in for 6 weeks atleast.my bf brought me a pair of sliver ear rings for my bday in december i couldnt wear them cause i had to wait 6 weeks to keep the studs in.isit a gd idear to take the studs out as iv had them in long anoth but ppl have adviced me to keep them in a bit longer to be sure they get infected should i keep them in or wear my bf sliver ear rings.

I'm not sure exactly what your trying to convey in the last two sentences, but I would say after 5 weeks you would probably be able to switch them out with the other ones. You just need to make sure they are clean.

I kept mine for two months. The only times i took it off wen i was cleaning the piercings. the longer - the better

ya, keep them in as long as possible. also, make sure the new ones are studs, otherwise you could hurt the piercings or deform the hole.

i would say to keep them in for a least one more week. maybe even 2.

if the earings your friend gave you are STERELING silver, then in a few weeks they should be fine. stereling silver doesnt cause as many infections. if they arnt stereling silver, you might risk infection usless your keep them super clean.

but when your putting on your new earings, soak them in the cleaning stuff for like 5 minutes. thats just to make sure theyre clean!

I never kept mine in as long as you're supposed to..and it's always fine.
If you clean them often and rotate them when they're in, they're ready to be taken out a lot sooner.

When you get your ears pierced I think you are suppose to leave them in for like a week or two.
While they are in you are supposed to twist them and rub rubbing alchol over them.
Which will help open your ear pericing adn clean it.

thats a ly.. when you feel you can take the pain of changing over the rings is when you can change them. i got my tongue done the chick said wait 2 weeks before changing them.. 4 days later i changed it to a smaller poll......didnt get infected. just clean the earings first

Keep them in until the time has elapsed AND it's no longer painful to take them out and put them in.

i took mine off like the next day cus they were ugly and i put better ones.
