Okay, so I'm only a really good volleyball team. We had a break from our 5 day a week practices over Christmas which was 3 week holidays. I ate and ate! Haha, and now we started practicing again today and I'm really our of practice. Provincials are in exactly 24 days. So I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how I can get back in shape before them? At home things! Thanks !

I really don't know. I play basketball and run all the time but I am not really fit but I am pretty healthy. I would say try running and increase the time or length a little bit each day. And since you play volleyball, knee exercises may help. This may not help very much but at least I tried.
