Is anyone on here on a diet?

If you are, then what is your diet?

Ex. - Only eat lunch. Eat nothing at all. Only eat fruit. Only drink water, and no soda. And so on.

Share with us.

Well technically, everyone on here is on a "diet".

Eating nothing at all? What kind of example is that?

I tried the GI diet for a bit, lost some weight, but I couldn't handle the 'no alcohol' rule. Not sure what that says about me. :slash:

I'm on the healthy-food-non-breakfast-excluding-non-starving-coupled-with-exercise
diet.
It's really quite revolutionary.

He said "non-breakfast-excluding". And lilmissme89, your diet isn't that good.

well i have changed my daily "diet" lately to be more healthier.. lol I mainly eat fruit, and nothing with more then 200 calories at once.. and I try to keep my daily calorie intake lower then 1600 a day, which is decent.. no chocolate, and no eating when im not hungry (im bad for that), i always eat breakfest now, and lunch is usually a smoothie, yogurt, salad, and like rice or something, then i eat my moms normal suppers (chicken, potatoes, beans.. that kinda thing).. then for the odd snack ill have a special k bar or pretzels

oo i forgot a biggie, no eating 3 hours before bed, cause if u eat before u go to bed the food stays in ur stomach longer and yeah it makes u gain weight.. so says my moms book and oprah.. lol

Well there are better things you could be having for breakfast then special k, grated it's better than a lot of the sugary crap out there, but something like oats or another type of grain would be a better choice.

For your lunch, not only isn't it big enough, basically the only macronutrients you are getting are carbs, you should include some fat+protein in your meals too.

And for dinner i doubt you are getting the nutrients you need from soup and salad.

By the way, don't take this as an insult, just giving you some advice on how to improve your diet.

If you can, get up early, exercise before breakfast, and then having something healthy for breakfast. Body-builders say that breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day. If you have a large dinner at night, your going to go to bed with a full stomach and will not burn it off. So have a light dinner. Also, get to bed early. Drink plenty of water. Leave out red meats. Experiment with new fruits and salads- there's load of options out there. Walk whenever you can, rather then get the bus.

Eat anything that's not too high in sodium and caleries.. Soda.. NOT GOOD! Don't drink any.. and don't eat anything 5 hours before you go to bed because what you eat needs to digest and it can't do that while you're sleeping an it'll take up to 5 hours at the most.. so yea..
