That is a really hard question. They are both so amazing.

They are both great, but I would have to say I like Family Guy better due to the fact that American Dad is more politically driven and personally I have enough drama concerning political differences in my own life.

Family Guy, no doubt. Dont get me wrong, they're both great and I catch each new episode every sunday, but I feel a lot more thought was put into the original Family Guy. The characters were a lot more thought out and the supporting characters were great. Now that Seth is working on the two he has to split the creativity, and even now, I say Family Guy is getting more.

lol, Brian is my least favorite character. I like Roger the alien way better, I wish they would have written him for Family Guy instead!

family guy is far better than American Dad, while american dad is funny once in a while, it plays out like a skit from Family guy that has lasted WAY too long, and all its jokes are going to be completely irrelivant in about 10 years, just like Team America.
