This is not a miracle cream or lotion!!!! Its just an easy treatment you can make in minutes! :D Its an exfoliating skin care regimen that can fix your dry winter hands.

WHAT IS IT?: an exfoliater made of olive oil, salt, and lemon
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE?: about 5 minutes (including useage time)
WHERE CAN I USE IT?: on you hands, legs, feet, elbows, or any dry place

INGREDIENTS
1. plastic cup or bowl (something to hold it in)
2. olive oil
3. salt
4. half of a lemon

THE RECIPIE
1. place about 1/8 of a cup of olive oil in a bowl
[please note: measurements do not have to be acurate...only enough to
rub on your hands!]
2. add plenty of salt (this is your exfoliater, so add as much as you think is
necessary
3. take the lemon and squeeze in a few drops
4. mix all together with your fingers

APPLICATION
1. apply on your hands or rough spot
2. rub very rad until hands feel very exfoliated
3. wash off with warm water and soap (make sure you get all the olive oil off. It
can leave your hands very greasy!)

And there you go!! your hands will be feeling esxtra soft and smooth!

for best results...try these tips:
- follow with a hand cream to seal in the moisture. I reccomend Neutrogena
Norwegian Formula. Its thick so only use a little right before you go to bed.
- after you put on cream, put cotton gloves (or cotton sock if you dont have
gloves) over your hands. this seals in moistuer and keeps your hands softer.

please note (important!!!)
- do NOT use this is you have a skin condition or rash
- do not use all over your body. i reccomend the only places be: hands, elbows,
feet, legs and knees!
- do not use on your face
- do not use if you have sensitive skin
- remember not to make a mess with the olive oil! i do that all the time. oops.
olive oil is really greasy so make sure you clean that up!
- only use once every week. don't go crazy!

I HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU!!! let me know if it did. i would appreciate it :)

lots of love :pink:

its a quick fix! tell me what you think

It would be much quicker to pop to your local chemist for a bottle of hand lotion, rather than to your local supermarket for olive oil and half a lemon.

Yes! I'm going to waste a million years making some stuff, when I could just go into the bathroom and get some lotion!

Screw that.

Glysomed lotion > any other lotion and DEFINITELY better than this weird thing.

Sounds interesting. And very natural...good for people with sensitive skin that break out when they use weird products on themselves.
