I am meeting a girl soon, from another country...and I would like to looka my best....im very pale..skinny....I have pretty crap skin...spotty forhead..and chin...so any advice on how i can make a good first impression would be great , thanks for nehelp u can offfer!!!!! (she is damn cute btw)

Be yourself.

If she refuses to give you the time of day simply because you aren't perfect, she's shallow and completely not worth it.

It's so difficult to change how you look for a person. It's the wrong motivation , negative motivation for a positive change, and often fails. Try looking at it like you are doing this for yourself, and the bonus is the girl looking at you in a positive light.

Start lifting weights, working out and runnign maybe, doing something will add a little bit of muslce bulk to your body. Use face wash and face products, maybe even invest in some acne medication.

I agree with everything. The only thing I would add is to be yourself with extra confidence. Even if you're not perfect, confidence will draw most people in.

well she really should just like you for you and you shouldnt have to work so hard but if you really want tips on the things you mentioned....

for your skin- try proactiv. i heard it works really well and i dont think it takes too long.
for your tank- try one of those spray on tans you go and get done dont do one yourself or it could turn out bad
for your body- weight lifting, running, and try to eat foods high in carbs and fat for awhile
