People when they see me think im skinny sort of, i bench 135 and im 16 years old, i weigh 120. But what they dont know is that well im fit in every part of my body except for my thighs i have lots of fat there and i dont know how to lose it. I dont go to the gym because my parents wont pay for it, the only place i work out iat my house and i rarely run in the morning or around my neighborhood because its foggy like hell. Is there any excercises i can do at home that can help me lose some fat off my thighs.
I have thought of eating better but i dont understand those nutrition facts. What are calories and well how much is too much.

Eating better won't help a specific body part. Unfortunately running is the best way to tone your legs... how foggy is it? Suck it up and run unless there's an actual danger of getting hit by a car. Or run later in the day if it's less foggy then.

lunges, and such will tone the legs, but not reduce fat. you cannot spot-lose fat in a certain area. You gotta do cardio and lose fat pretty much all over.

Yeah. My dance teacher told us the same thing when I was 12 -- you can't spot-reduce fat. There's no way to get rid of the fat on your thighs or belly or butt without doing excersise that works the entire body. If you don't want to shell out money to pay for a gym membership and the weather in yoru area isn't ideal for running, why don't you look into getting some cardio dvds or videos to do at home? There's a surprising amout of variety -- you can get the basic running on the spot, jumping jacks kind, or ones tailored to be like a dance class or a kickboxing routine. They might be more up your alley.

Eating less definitley will hlep you lose weight all over, but not necessarily fat. If you are as athletic as you sound, bench pressing 135, you want to keep your calorie intake a little higher, in attempts to feed your body. If you don't feed your body properly, you'll lose muscle, instead of fat weight.
You cannot fat spot reduce, but you can do excerises that target that specific area of the body, and then cardio to help shed fat all over.
Lunges and squats are great for the thighs. Since I've started a workout consisting of power clean, jerk, bench press, and backsquats/frontsquats/stop squats [where you hold the squat for 1 second and then come up from the squat position] ive lost nearly three inches off both my thighs in only a month and a half.
I suggest looking up proper techniques for back squat, front squats, and stop squats. Do them with weight. hold a dumbell in each hand when doing lunges, etc.
Use your school gym?

lunges and squat like poisedeternity said. for calories, if u are a girl it's 1,500 and for a guy it's like 2,500 or something like that. it just want to get over 800 cals. also, 8 glasses a water to cleanse ur body and a multivitamin everyday. goodluck.

Are you insane?
800 calories a day is like starving yourself. Holy god.

At the very lowest, for a teenage growing girl, you should never eat less than 1,200 calories a day. Otherwise you lose muscle.
It is recommended to maintain weight you eat 2,200 calories a day. But you are simply tryhing to firm up, so I'd suggest eating between 1700-2200, based on the amount of activity you are doing.
You aren't trying to lose weight, remember. You are simply trying to firm up. It doesnt' matter if you eat 1200 calories or not, make sure you are eating the right things. Lean meats, veggies, and fruits are the best things for you to not only help you lose fat but to add to your muscle.

Myth-buster:
#1) There is no such thing as spot reduction. You want the fat off your thighs? Drop your body-fat percentage.
Now for generic stuff :D:
#2) Do your cardio.
#3) Eat smart.
#4) Lifting with the targeted muscles will produce muscle "tone", but won't effect the fat.
The FDA stance is 2,000 calories for sedentary females, 2,500 for males.
Anything lower is akin to starvation, not indusive to good health (makes you quite subject to vitamin/mineral deficiencies), and will slow your metabolism (and therefore thyroid) down so that when you finally do eat more it'll likely be stored as fat.
The reality is you need to eat more often, control what you eat, and be active.
