I've been thinking about getting my lip pierced. It isn't just some spur of the moment thing. I also have asked my parents - but I'm just waiting for their response. But basically I was just really wondering is it a good and safe idea. I know there are risks - but that's the same with anything.
I havent spoken to anybody with a lip piercing and just want to know what it's like now you have it.

Chances are this thread has already been made - but I couldn't find it through searching.

well there really isnt that much to say about a lip peircing other than use mouth wash 3 times a day and after u eat for about 2-3 weeks and dont eat any thing spicy or and thing with yeast until its heald witch would take up about 2-3 weeks but its always a good idea to wait till its completly heald which can take months

i pierced my own lip it dont hurt mine hasnt gotten infected n i dont use mouthwash or anything like that i say go right a head

I'm not going to get it done just because everyone else is doing it. It's a piercing I have seriously wanted for years. So please don't judge someone you don't know.

If you get a lip ring, when you take the whatever it is out, you end up drooling through the hole like a sexy, drugged up cat. Goodluck with that.

A word of advice, when you get it pierced DO NOT eat spicy food right away, it burns like hell. lol

i hate it on gurls because i dont like how it looks on them but love it on guys
