I've got a topic where you can ask questions on exercise and nutrition so if you want any help you can ask there.

i have to keep motivated...thats my problem. Trying to keep motivated to jog every day with two days break a week is hard. Especially when i have just started.

20 minutes 5 days a week isn't really that hard to stay motivated with.

I lift weights, its fun and everyone says that i was borne to do it and my coach says im naturally strong so i guess thats why its fun. I do it for football but i also do bodybuilding and next year i will do a competition so.... yea.

For me it is as i am very busy during the week and have to fit time in. Maybe its easy for you. I also do football(soccer) training at school, so its not like its my only exercise.
