i bought this tweed skirt on ebay and its a size 4 and it feels soooo loose but are tweed-60's-ish-chanel-style-looking skirts supposed to be that low? its really uncomfortable....its so low that my low rise underwear is showing if it was a cm. lower my ass would be too....or is it just too big and they're not supposed to be that low?
