Drugs may make you violent/are extremely bad for your health.
But working out will make you neither violent nor pyscho. Too keep healthy while exercising be sure to take breaks and drink a lot of water so that you don't become dehydrated.

Firstly, working out will not make you violent/psycho.
Secondly, if you are thinking of taking steroids just so you can get reasonably muscular, you are either extremely uneducated on the subject, or a complete idiot.

F-Unit is right.
But just remember, 90% of your workout is what you eat. Don't go all out in the gym, consume as much carbohydrates and protein (more carbs and protein) about 1-2 hours before your workout and the same (except with a bit more protein after wards.
Carbs
Before your workout these will offer energy for you to perform for longer. After the workout they act as a healing agent. If you're aching afterwards then you haven't consumed enough carbs after your workout.•NEVER EVER EVER MIX CARBS AND FAT!!!!!
Protein
This is the magic substance, it is key to building muscle. You build muscle by breaking the muscle fibres, as the rip and tear then when your body comes to making new fibres then it does so by replacing them with bigger and stronger fibres. Protein speeds up this process.
Hope this helped :) .

Absolutely nothing wrong with that, if you are operating under the logic that it is bad to consume fat when there in elevated insulin in the body, fat can store itself just fine without insulin.
