Emotive, some good use of rhetorical questions in there. The repetition of the words 'Mother' and 'Why' don't have to all be in the same sentence by the way. Just thought to let you know. All in all, not bad at all. The 'Tell me is all I ask you to do.' should be on a seperate line for emphasis perhaps.
