Behind this silent smile is a painful scream,
Behind these gleaming eyes is a dull void,
Inside these still hands lies a fist of rage,
Inside this happy voice are unspoken thoughts,
But you cannot see inside of me.

Inside this beating heart are painful shreds,
Inside these listening ears are painful lies,
Behind these blushing cheeks are forgotten tears,
Behind this look of innocence is a face of pain,
But you cannot see inside of me.

Behind these empty words are vicious truths,
Behind these pearl-white teeth are sadistic fangs,
Inside this cheerful laughter is untainted venom,
Inside these composed feet are running spirits,
But you cannot see inside of me.

Inside your colorless eyes I see your pain,
Inside your hidden lies I see the truth,
Behind your cherry lips is a forked tongue,
Behind your painted smile is your evil smirk
But you cannot see inside of me.

Behind your back I say my curses,
Behind the door I write my thoughts,
Inside my mind is just the darkness,
Inside my room I cry out my heart,
But you cannot see inside of me.

This is an excellent poem very good work dramatic and mysterious I love it... ^.^

Too many commas. The repetition doesn't seem to work as well as expected in this, it all seems the same... a bit tedious sometimes. Yet good for emphasis though. Although if you changed it, it would spoil the tone and the emotion the piece. Still good images there, some clear and visual.
