there r loads of diet ideas on here but i wanna no wot is a gd way 2 lose weight 4 vegaterians ne 1 got ne ideas???

I guess you could eat whole grain wheat products. And you can always dink lots of water and also exersise alot.
The key to weight loss is calories. You eat less calories then what you have been eating. For instance, if you've been eating 2400 calories a day drop that down to 2000 calories. You will begin noticing weight loss after about 2 weeks.
Another thing you can add to that, is cardio. Running is an awesome way to lose weight and build cardiovascular stamina at the same time. You must remember, that cardio eats muscle up. So for instance if you're on a Low carb (sugars, etc.), High Protien, 2000 calorie diet, plus you're running, you can lose up to 700-800 calories just running for 30-45 minutes straight, even if its a jog.
