I wanted to be a fairy, with like a straight out tutu, but i can't find any in the colour i want SO im just going to Buy the Fabric. Do you know how to make one? Any suggestions?

try using some mesh, its pretty easy to work with and you can layer some lace overtop of it .. or different colors of hard lace. Ask the person in your local craft store, they would know what would work the best.

yeh get a loada mesh and lace in the colour/s u want and get some elastic thread,but lyk the realy thick stuff.take the material and cut it into strips,mab like a petal shape so theyr biger at the top and midl than at the botom.cut them a few inches longer than u wud want 2 wear it. lay the strips out in a row and put the elastic over the top about and inch down frm the top of the strips.fold the top of the strips down over the elastic and sew them down.layer it and tadaaaaaaaaaaaaa!u hav a tutu.
